RETURN POLICY
Products: There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. If there is an issue with product quality, please contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Services have no shipping costs (or taxes). We attempt to ship all regular products within 2-3 business days of ordering. Products that are "printed on-demand" may take an extra day or two to ship.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access and ability to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact forms, or product orders. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We do use third party credit card processors which means that we at Bassett Design do NOT have access to your credit card information. (See PayPal Privacy policy , Stripe Privacy Policy, Amazon Pay Privacy Policy. )
We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. when you pay for your order, or to ship an order.
